In the context of the last 4 years of events, the idea of transforming and visualizing negative emotions (fears, anxieties) and comprehensive negative energy has become important to me. Personally, through artistic practices, I have tested how negative energy can be transformed to make it easier to live with. I concluded that art helps to survive crisis situations because fears and anxieties can be overcome in everyday life by taking active actions and practicing "happiness" movements that serve the transformation of energy. Groups of objects are made from paper and cardboard with a graphite coating developed in my own technique. Graphite symbolizes petrifaction and estrangement. My works reflect the concentration of energy and the reflection of uncompromising truth. In my works, I strive to overcome the two-dimensional plane. I give texture to the works created in my own technique and create objects and installations. Conceptually aestheticized works made of paper and cardboard tell stories tells of coldness and stiffness, of goosebumps and shivers that are bodily manifestations, when a person is faced with the irrational, deep sorrow, fears. And anxiety. The works created in my own technique have a metallic sheen created by graphite, while the paper acquires a texture similar to skin.
