About Me
Artist Statement
World events resonate with my artistic practice. Since 2022, my theme has been the fragility of memory. People interfere with natural processes and cause war. This is followed by the destruction of unique achievements of nature and human culture. In my work, I reflect on lost cities and natural riches, on extinct ancient languages and the loss of traditions. City life influences our perception and emotional state – we easily become alienated from nature, are overwhelmed by society, and do not understand natural processes. People suffer from depression and quick temper. I have reflected my anxiety and the influence of the city in my artworks and experiments with techniques. Art serves as my personal therapy.
I want to encourage people to explore their inner resources to harmonize their mental health and surroundings. My works serve as meditation objects and interior decor.
