PaintingS from the series: The Fragility of Memory

Lost Places

People interfere with natural processes and cause war. This is followed by the destruction of unique achievements of nature and human culture. In my work, I reflect on lost cities and natural riches, on extinct ancient languages and the loss of traditions.

" Whisper on the Bridge" is a story about the delicate boundary between our existence and destruction. The ark serves as a bridge between death and life. Architectural outlines are a symbolic indication of the destroyed environment and the hope for restoration that can be achieved by developing communication and understanding about things.
